Return Policy: How do I return an item purchased online or at a live show?

You have 7days to decide if the item is right for you once received. Within those 7days you may exchange the item or get a full refund of item. We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (Fan donations and shipping cost are not included). We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
